2. What personal data do we process?

When an order is placed through our webshop, we process the following data:

  • First and last name

  • Delivery address and, where applicable, billing address

  • Email address

  • Phone number (if provided)

  • Order details and payment confirmations

  • Product preferences (for Venture Bundles)

3. Why and on what legal basis do we process your data?

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Processing and follow-up of your order – legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR)

  • Shipment of your parcel – legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR)

  • Customer service and communication – legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR)

  • Compliance with accounting and tax obligations – legal basis: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR)

  • Fraud prevention and security – legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR)

  • Personalisation of Venture Bundles – legal basis: consent or legitimate interest (art. 6.1.a or 6.1.f GDPR)

4. Who do we share your data with?

Your data is only shared with third parties to the extent necessary for the fulfilment of your order:

  • Stripe (payment provider) – for secure processing of your payment

  • Shipping services (e.g. bpost, DHL or similar) – for delivery of your order

These parties act as processors and may not use your data for their own purposes. If any of these parties process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure this is done with appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission).

We never sell your data to third parties.

5. How long do we retain your data?

  • Order and customer data – for the duration of the customer relationship, then for a maximum of 1 year

  • Invoice and accounting data – for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with Belgian accounting legislation

  • Venture Bundle data – for as long as relevant for the fulfilment of the bundle

6. Your rights

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access – you can request which data we hold about you

  • Right to rectification – you can have incorrect data corrected

  • Right to erasure – you can request that your data be deleted, unless legal obligations prevent this

  • Right to restriction of processing – you can request that processing be temporarily restricted

  • Right to data portability – you can request your data in a structured, commonly used format

  • Right to object – you can object to processing based on legitimate interest

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
